Damaged or Defective upon Arrival

We've got you covered. If your item arrives broken or incorrect, please email us at contact@beauseeds.com within 7 days with clear photos. Once verified, we will immediately send a Free Replacement or issue a Full Refund.

Not the Right Fit

We want you to connect with your crystal. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are yours to keep and cannot be returned:

  • Customized Pieces: Items that have been resized, engraved, or specifically programmed for your personal request.

  • Final Sale: Items purchased from the clearance section or marked as "Final Sale."

Return Costs & Deductions

Since we ship globally from China, international returns involve significant logistics. Please note the following financial responsibilities:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

  • Customs Tax: If the returned package incurs any import duties or taxes upon entering China, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original Shipping: If your order included Free Shipping, the standard shipping rate applicable to your region (e.g., $5.00 ~ $14.90 USD) will be deducted from your refund to cover our initial shipping costs.

Nature Crystal Disclaimer

Please remember, natural crystals are gifts from the earth, not factory-manufactured plastics. Characteristics like ice cracks, cotton wool, and mineral inclusions are part of the stone's soul, not defects.

How to Initiate a Return

We accept returns within 7 days. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first.

  • Email us at contact@beauseeds.com with your order number.

  • We will provide the return address and guide you on how to declare the package to minimize customs risks.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
